Lawrence Clark was called into the ministry in 1951 and was baptized in the "Name of jesus" in 1955 and ordained as a Bishop in 1967. He was a dedicated pastor and established the " Free Church of God In Christ In Jesus Name" in Salem, oregon where he was pastor for many years. Bishop Lawrence moved from Arizona to oregon in 1964 where he lived with his family in Salem, Oregon. he was a pastor and also worked as a tree trimmer and gardner for the City of Salem and retired after 20 years.
